e metterle nel latte bollente la mattina?
le proteine tendono a denaturarsi se sottoposte a temperature elevate..non credo comunque che si tratti di temperature molto alte e tempi particolarmente prolungati in molto casi in cui ho sentito usare le whey per le ricette...ad ogni modo sembra un enorme spreco quello di cucinare le proteine in polvere che sono fatte proprio per essere assunte tali e quali..ci sono già tanti prodotti proteici che non possono essere consumati se non cucinati
