ragazzi quanat'è buona la zucca, Zajka sai anch'io me ne sparo un sacco faro' anch'io sul mezzo chilo io la faccio al forno semplicissima: è dolcissima..miele!!!
La taglio a fettine tipo melone e la inforno sui 45 min circa.. eccezionale!
anche se sto il low la mangio la sera con fonte proteica..
mh!! buonissima!!!! e mi sazia (cosa fondamentale!!!!!!)
