grazie... penso cosi vadi bene, allora il wo lo inizio, ora di pranzo, quidni sub dopo dovrei pranzara, meglio pranzare o prima prend prote e banana?
Fai la colazione, poi wo w poi vai a casa e pranza con ad esempio70-80gr di riso bollito scondito e 2 scatolette di tonno al naturale!
Questo se dalla fine del wo al pranzo non passa + di 30'!
