Non è un formaggio perche' non è fatta con la materia grassa del latte, la quale contiene le caseine (proteine lente), la ricotta contiene la parte magra del latte avendo le siero proteine (proteine veloci)!
Quindi nel pre-nanna ci potrebbe stare solo accompagnata da una fonte di grassi, per poter rallentare l'assorbimentproteici!
Cmq tutti gli altri alimenti citati vanno benissimo, purche' passino 3-4h dalla cena!
