allora il post wo.e' 1 ora prima di cena per cui inutile farlo perche' tempo 1 ora e si cena!la suddeta cenaaaaaaa quindi dovrebbe essere priva dei grassi ma solo cho e pro tipo la pasta con la carne potrebbe andare no?quindi la quota dei grassi bisogna spartirla in qualche altro pasto giusto?nel prenanna c'e' il dubbio se sono troppi grassi visto che poi dormiamo non e' che fa capolino la panza?
