colazione carente i proteine e carbidrati...il resto e' da rivedere appena...ovvero...
colazione:250ml latte screm+20g whey/200g albumi+cereali 70-80g(a tua discrezione anche i cereali:specialk-fitness,all-bran flackes...)
spuntino:fonte proteica+1 frutto opp 60g pane integrale
pranzo va bene...
spuntino cm sopra se nn ti alleni aggiungi 10g frutta secca
post wo. 30g whey+30g maltodestrine...
cena se post pesi ok la tua altrimenti al posto del riso vedrei bene 5-6 wasa/200g legumi/200g patate accompagnati da verdura,2 cucchiai olio eun 150g fonte proteica...
il prenanna e' opzionale...
