ciao a tutti, Visto che vado in palestra alle 6.15 faccio uno spuntino alle 15.40 e mangio 3 gallette di riso integrali e alle 17.45 250ml yoghurt+ proteine(10 grammi ad alta assimilazione: pd egg della gensan). Nei giorni in cui non vado in palestra alle 17.45 mangio lo yoghurt da solo. Voi cosa mi consigliate??? può andare??? ogni consiglio è bene accetto grazie!!!
