Io ho provato in estate 2009, avevo 14 anni, ho tirato su 70 per 4 volte, pesavo 59kg ed ero alto 1.71 . ora non sò quanto potrei tirare su... ovviamente era la prima volta che andavo in palestra
io faccio questo mix: °100g fiocchi di latte LINESSA(2g fat /100g) °100g formaggio light LINESSA(tipo philadelphia light ma con 0.2g fat/100g) °20-30g blend proteico(ISOBOLIC) o solo whey(ON whey gold) °30-40g di frutta secca(1/3 mandorle-1/3 noci-1/3 nocciole) o in alternativa 2 cucchiai di burro d'arachidi naturale rapunzel °alla fine i misurino omega3 enerzona rx(2.5g EPA+DHA)
poco fa mi son pappato una bavarese alla ricotta ( troy rulez :P )
altrimenti alterno:
- 20 gr pro + frutta secca
- 100 gr fiocchi + 10 gr pro + frutta secca (poca)
- 100 gr ricotta + 10gr pro... + frutta secca
