Altra cosa....ieri sera, post wo, oltre al tacchino alla piastra (non mangio sempre tacchino, eh ) non potendo mangiare la pasta ho mangiato una porzione di patate al forno....è una buona alternativa come carbo?
ottima scelta, ma meglio lesse, ricorda le proporzioni 100gr di pasta = 400gr di patate
