cio e' male, indipendentemente da quanto sto pranzo avrebbe potuto influire sul tuo obbiettivo.
ti parlo per esperienza personale: cambia la dieta rendendola meno drastica (non so se si tratta di variare piu' gli alimenti, aumentare i carbo...vedi tu) e vedrai che non solo non ti abbufferai piu' fino a star male, mamigliorera' anche - e direi soprattutto - il tuo umore generale e quindi la qualita' della vita.
concordo a pieno..da quando ho aggiunto un frutto ad ogni pasto (sn in low-carb) ho totalmente cambiato umore e non mi sn più trovato in giro nervoso x colpa della dieta..molto meglio cosi anche se come dieta è meno drastica..
