A pranzo ho deciso di farmi un carico di carboidrati.Ero veramente a secco.Pallidissimo,e molto affaticato così ho pensato di caricarmi e poi riprendere in modo disciplinato la dieta:
Ore 13:30
80 gr di pasta con un po di pomodoro
50 gr di capretto
400/500 gr di pane
Ora sto molto meglio.Riprenderò la dieta in modo ancora più disciplinato.
