della stimolazione insulinica si tiene conto ma ricorda che sn le calorie elevate a stimolare l'insulina...
se ad esempio assumi alimenti a i.g. alto ma in piccole quantita' e aggiungi pro e fat... puoi anche nn tenerne conto...
il discorso cambia in alcuni regimi dove la glicemia va tenuta sottocontrollo...vedi low carb,zona eccetera...
in questi casi sarebbe utile l'r-ala...avrebbe senso usarlo solo post wo e colazione secondo te?
BEH POST W.O. nell'immediato serve an cazz....l'up-take cellulare non e' mediato da meccanismi insulinici....anche senza cho la prteina viene veicolata nel muscolo...
magari nel pasto successivo se privo di fat....ma sn finezze...si puo' risparmiare a mio avviso....
l'r-ala lo trovo fondamentale in ricariche very high cho's....
