E i grassi? Anche quelli deve lasciarli invariati? Può introdurre frutta sekka? Ho un dubbio, ma sicuramente sbaglio: se lascia invariati i carbo e abbassa le proteine, non corre il riskio di scendere anzichè salire di peso come dovrebbe? N.B. Considera ke il max sarebbe di prendere 5kg puliti...non gli starebbero mika male!
Non puoi bagnarti prima di piovere. Nel senso: vedi un po' se con le opportune modifiche prende peso o non lo prende. Se non lo prende, allora può decidere di aumentare la quota calorica da carboidrati o da grassi. Una dieta si setta in base a prove ed errori.
