il mio problema era lo spuntino pre nanna,prima prendevo le prot in polvere(non a rilascio graduale,pero)ora con gli albumi veramente è un'altra cosa,è difficile spiegare,oltre che per la massa ne sento un beneficio propio in termini di energia anche al mattino,cercateli per me sono "integratore migliore" poi non sono male anche senza niente!
