Sono un ottimo alimento...soprattutto per la qualità dei loro grassi...ma così come tutte le fonti di grassi bisogna usare cautela nel mangiarle.Siccome sono troppo buone di solito uno ci prende la mano e ne divora una dopo l'altra alzando terribilmente la quaota lipidica.Consiglio in definizione di mangiarle senza esagerare però...anche se personalmente non l'assumo preferendo il regime low-fat medium carbs.
