-aumento i carbo(con fette ad esempio) a colazione
-elimino il pane a pranzo/cena
-agli spuntini faccio 1panino + 30gr di pro in polvere
? e quanto potrei fare di fiocchi come pre nanna?
scusa, Max, ma tu sicuramente sei esperto,io no...e ho bisogno purtoppo di esempi pratici proprio a livello di cibo

Agli spuntini mangi un panino + una fonte proteica magra (magari bresaola o altri affettati magri)
