P2:60g bresaola + 10g mandorle
P3:250g carne bianca + verdure + 10 golio
P4: come P2

Post work:60g riso (oltre a pool di amino)
P5:250g carne rosa + verdure + 10g olio
P6: 30g proteine + 10g mandorle (odio i fiocchi di latte e cm pre nanna avevo pensato a questo)
sono: 220gProt; 77g cho; 66g fat kcal 1750
nei giorni rest niente post work ovviamente

post wo va bene il riso 60 gr sono circa 35 gr di cho da amidi e sono ottimi..la banana la toglierei in quanto nn devi ripristinare il glicogeno epatico quindi mangiati il riso o 30 gr maltodestrine..a cena only pro+fats+verdure e prenanna ok 30 gr di whey + 10gr mandorle...oppure 200gr fiocchi latte
