ragazzi volevo farvi questa domanda..volevo mettere un paio di kg magri..il punto e' che i carbo mi fanno paura (bho psicologica)..e' possibile metter su massa assumendo pochissimi carbo (praticamente sto facendo una low carbs)?
se a lungo termine sostanzialmente sì...non puoi stare senza carbo all'infinito senza ricariche..e poi dipende per quanto intendi bassi.
Se sotto i 30gr di certo non cresci... carbo = energia, acqua e tutto ciò che rende il muscolo pieno e forte, con sotto una base proteica ovviamente...rende l'ambiente anabolico ottimale
