il tic è il dolcificante a 0 calorie che molti usano(compreso me) che sostituisce lo zucchero e 1 goccia corrisponde a 1 cucchiaio di zucchero come sapore..la cannella serve per dare un sapore piu gradevole ed è un buon regolatore insulinico(cioè gestisce meglio l'insulina nel sangue, e cerca di limitare i cosiddetti picchi insulinici che tendono a far ingrassare..certo nn è al livello dell' R-ALA, xo è una buona alternativa)
