quesito..faccio palestra ma ho un po' di pelle in avanzo...dite che e' meglio mettere massa e lavorarla per riempire o continuare a fare pesi e una dieta giusta (con piccoli sgarri) e vedermi sempre magrettino con qualche muscoletto e sta benedetta pelle molliccia
anche io stesso identico problema, però pelle sull'addome, ho 17 anni, devo sperare nella convinzione che qnd sarò sviluppato del tutto a 20 anni circa che il corpo da "bambino" diventarà fisico da uomo cambia si sistemano le cose o piango da subito?
