quindi dorian, nell'immediato meglio subito proteine .....questo pero' se il cardio è in funzione del dimagrimnto penso, vero? se invece l'allenamento e' piu' intenso (magari con variazioni di ritmo oltre il 70%fcs oppure se fosse un tempo run ) conviene sempre carbo medio basso ig oppure anche carbo alto ig?
