mattino:
scodella di latte con circa 60/70 gr di fiocchi di riso e frumento integrale
caffe con aspartame
spuntino
frutta + yogurt magro o barretta proteica se sono fuori
pranzo
90 gr di pasta con pomodoro o bianca cn filo d'olio e 90 gr di tonno al naturale o 100gr di bresaola o tacchino o formaggi freschi tipo certosa o stracchino o crescenza( 90 gr)ù
pomeriggio o post wo
yogurt+ frutta o barretta
cena
carne rossa o bianca o pesce(solitamente merluzzo) verdura a volontà e 50/60 gr di pane integrale
