nn servirebbero a molto durante la gg quelle a lento rilascio dato che ,teoricamente,se tu seguissi una dieta,mangeresti pro ogni 2-3 ore quindi nn vedo xchè utilizzare pro a lento rilascio dato che ne introduci altro dopo poko tempo..si usano nel prenanna quelle a lento rilascio xchè,dormendo,stai 8-9 ore senza ingerire pro
