Io peso circa 80kg e mi sparo subito dopo il workout 10gr glutammina, 5gr creatina e 50gr di glucosio!!!!! Penso che come "numeri" ci siamo, voi che ne dite???????????

5 di creatina OK (ammesso che non sia la fase di carico)
Il piu' o meno riguarda il destrosio :
la glutammina pare non averne bisogno (ma c'e' chi dice si), le proporzioni con la creatina variano da 5 (quindi 25 gr) a 8 volte (quindi una quarantina) ... alcuni 'estremisti' dicono anche 20 volte !!! 8)
Direi che 50 e' poco piu' dell'usuale (per veicolare la creatina) ma, secondo me, va benissimo per ripristinare gli zuccheri.
