dipende dal tipo di gusto che la prendi..al mirtillo 25 gr di cho, alle pesche 23, quello piu basso in 100 gr è alle fragole se nn sbaglio..ha 21 gr di cho in 100 gr..solo che io amo soprattutto quella ai mirtilliii
