Cioè assurdo: tu ti preoccupi per il poco zucchero e un po' di sale che contengono queste salsine, per poi intingere il pollo nell'olio come da ricetta ?
Si ma forse non è chiaro, lo si lascia a bagno nell'olio d'oliva ma poi lo si strizza come un canovaccio..ho appena provato e vi asscuro che dopo la rude strizzata di olio all'interno ne è rimasto davvero poco...l'ammollo serve solo x tira via il saporaccio...Cmq provero a metterlo a bagno in qualche altra roba, tipo aceto oppure vino bianco...
Con la senape ho provato tempo fa...non funziona a meno di metterne mezzo barattolo..
