infatti si devono fare delle valutazioni su se stessi..ci sono persone che crescono con 100 gr di carbo al giorno e altri invece con 500..tutto stà sperimentare su se stessi, quindi JILL, io sono del parere di valutare prima un periodo con una certa quantità, se nn si cresce o si ingrassa troppo di aumentare o ridurre..e questo penso sia il ragionamento piu logico..
Esatto...sono pienamente d'accordo...ma si dovrà pur partire da qualcosa...ed infatti ho dato dei valori indicativi/generali x piu o meno tutti...
