    Avena e yogurt vitasnella

    Ragazzi volevo sapere per cortesia che differenza c'è tra farina d'avena e fiocchi d'avena (gli ultimi gli ho provati).
    Inoltre mi interessava sapere l'Ig degli yougurt scremati del tipo "vitasnella"
    Insistere è testardaggine. Perseverare è determinazione

    La farina d'avena è ottenuta dalla macinazione dei fiocchi d'avena.

    L'IG dello yogurt magro, dolcificato artificialmente è 20-14 (pane-glucosio)
