mah, nn saprei. Io teglierei i cracker la sera e metterei dei carbo alla mattina. Un pò di cereali integrali, qualche fetta biscottata. Abbassi la pasta a pranzo e metti un secondo magro. Abbassi la frutta, magari la metti prima di allenarti (una o due mele, senza esagerare) e metti un mezzo panino la sera insieme alla carne e all'insalata (condita com olio). oppure dei fagioli.
Per i grassi la cosa migliore è usare olio extra d'oliva per i condimenti sia a pranzo che a cena e mettere qua e là porzioni di frutta oleosa (noci, pistacchi ecc.).
