pardon,credo di essermi sbagliata..non ho considerato che in queste 2 sett tornavo a casa tardi dopo lavoro o dopo essere uscita con amici e facevo un pre-nanna sostanzioso..quindi decisamente più di 1500 kcal però l'estate scorsa facevo lo stesso,lavorando come cameriera la sera ma stranamente non ho preso un grammo
comunque,per la ritenzione basta bere parecchio?o..almeno..aiuta vero?rassicuratemi,ditemi che aiuta dai
mangia meglio e bevi tanto...vedrai che in 4 settimane, volendo andare cauti, li togli...
