ho sempre consumato diete con molti carb,volevo provare grassi e prot,magari per 2 sett tanto per cambiare ,ho voglia di formaggi ecc, mi illuminate e mi stilate una dieta tipo, oppure ditemi i tipi di formaggi o altri alimenti che si possono mangiare.grazie
