ragazzi cosa mi consigliatein un regime superipercalorico(scherzo), per di piu'sotto AAS LA CREATINA O LA GLUTTAMINA..SAPETE FACCIO UN PO' DI CONFUSIONE TANTO DI QUEL MATERIALE HO ACCUMULATO CHE NON HO VOGLIA DI RISTUDIARMELO!!!IO PREFERIREI LA GLUTT....PER TUTTO IL PERIODO DEL D-BOL, POI SOTTO CON CREAT..E TRIBULUS...CHE NE DITE !!!
Secondo me Glutammina fino a 40-50gr se te la puoi permettere.Per la creatina:gli AAS non aumentano l'introduzione di questa nelle cellule:ha senso aumentare la dose se prendi l'insulina.Se prendi anche la creatina rischi di gonfiarti troppo(cosa che già vedrai con il D-bol)
