Per mia esperienza e' meglio non farsi queste paranoie. La domenica o qualsivoglia singolo giorno settimanale, mangia quel che ti piace senza abbuffarti a mo' di "stanno finendo le 24 ore domenicali, manga tuttttoooo " semmai a pranzo e cena togliti qualche soddisfazione.
Io preferisco poco di tutto la domenica ad ogni pasto.. alla fine il lunedi' mi vedo quasi piu' sgonfio degli altri giorni sebbene comunque le pro negli spuntini le mantengo (no frutta o panini... alla domenica se mangio anche gli stessi spuntini sbocco..).
