Dopo mesi di riso basmati, sto prendendo come carboidrati a pranzo circa 100-80gr di freselle di farina integrale con pomodi ed 1 scatoletta di tonno all'olio d'oliva.
Come carboidrati tali fresellone le reputate migliori del riso basmati?
E di quello integrale invece {che reputo il topo IMHO...}
