ok dai siete tutti dottorandi...il fatto e' unpo solo io sono 3 anni che mi alleno in maniera massicia e bene ed in tre anni ho messo su ben 25 kg di muscoli tu?
Ma li hai messi per caso in cantina?
Perche' dalla foto onestamente se hai preso 25 kili di muscoli significa che prima di iniziare palestra e dieta eri qualcosa come 10kg di ossa. E allora grazie che avrai preso il tuo peso forma.
Pero' mi sembrano tanti discorsi campati per aria.
La dieta che segui e' poco sopra le 2000 kcal ..,indipendentemente dai macro e' normale che uno di 90kg dimagrisca...,pero' secondo me potrebbe essere strutturata meglio.
