ne ho inseriti 15g al giorno della dieta. mi chiedevo (anzi lo chiedo a voi) se sapete se è resistente alla cottura (x es mi ricordo che l'olio di lino è tassativamente vietato cuocerlo!) o se ne posso usare una goccia x cuocere il pollo e metterlo nella frittata di albumi
mi sono girata praticamente tutta la rete, ma info sulla cottura praticamente nulle. sembra che rimanga stabile fino ai 150°, cioè in padella quanti ° raggiungerebbe?
in ogni caso, essendo un grasso saturo, che gli può fare la cottura?
