..ma dici che se comincio a integrare più carbo non ingrasso?sono troppo abituata a mangiarmi i miei 40g di cereali+una fetta di pane di segale a pranzo..ho paura di variare sinceramente..

è quella più comoda..ne mangi quanta ne vuoi e ottieni tanto calcio..le mandorle non mi sembrano la soluzione migliore
