    TABELLE ALIMENTARI

    Chi sa indicarmi un sito dove trovare tabelle alimentari che siano il piu' preciso possibile? Nei due o tre che ho consultato ci sono differenze, a mio giudizio, troppo rilevanti.

        Grazie, grande Gawain, avevo provato il sito che mi hai indicato piu' volte qualche tempo fa, ma mi diceva sempre che era in aggiornamento. Adesso invece e' operante.

              Secondo me dica33 è il sito più aggiornato che ci sia sulle tabelle alimentari.E' il migliore perchè v'è il contenuto aminoacidico di un alimento e altre cose molto importanti.Peccato che è ancora incompleto,ma di lavoro ce n'è da fare eccome.
