Molto dipende dalle percentuali del pasto, se è comunque favorevole ai carbo allora si ha quella piccola spinta veicolante per i carbo, se, per esempio, è a Zona allora no.
Con questo non sto assolutamente dicendo che la creatina presa senza zucchero non sia efficace.
