cerchiamo di creare un'alimentazione che si possa seguire nel tempo e che non faccia ingrassare con dei carbo complessi/fibrosi a cena e quelli amidacei in quantità a colazione e pranzo... mettete i vostri consigli per creare un'ottima alimentazione duratura
quindi ogni settimana dovrei cambiare dieta? il mio scopo e non ingrassare e non perdere massa magra... ed ho un sacco di dubbi su cosa mangiare a pranzo e cena e se proseguire nel tempo con quest'alimentazione... tu cosa mi consigli?
