in fase di dieta ipocalorica , quanto influisce il "beverone" proteico che si assume dopo la sessione di allenamento ????

Il beverone deve essere abbastanza calorico da sostituire un pasto.
Io invece mi discosto dal pensiero comune. Se l'allenamento lo finisco alle 20 ZERO CARBO nel beverone.
Anzi nel mio caso NIENTE PROTEINE IN POLVERE BENSì 15gr di PEPTIDI e a distanza di 40min la cena.
