Il prodotto non lo conosco. So che lo spray da cucina antiaderente è composto da vari tipi di oli, combinati con lecitina, che funge da emulsionante, e con un propellente come alcol o propano.
Solitamente hanno poche calorie per porizione, meno rispetto ad applicare l'olio stesso sulla teglia, in quanto comunque sono applicati in minore quantità.
