Salve a tutti... Su molte riviste, siti internet, ecc. si sente parlare sempre + spesso di cibi come dire "da BBuilders" ma non si sente mai parlare delle ricette per farli (come ad esempio farinata d'avena, qualche modo per apprezzare 1 po di + il sapore dell' albume, ecc.). Essendo io ignorante in materia, volevo chiedere se qualcuno può postare qualche ricetta (di qualsiasi genere) adatta alla nutrizione di un BBuilder... Grazie 1000.
