A pranzo prenderei meno carne, sui 150 grammi, a merenda diminuirei il tonno e a cena la carne sui 150-200 grammi.
In questo modo affatichi anche di meno i reni e ci guadagni in minor catabolismo notturno.

Penso che voglia dire di ridurre in generale l'apporto di proteine, chiaramente il prenanna lo puoi fare meglio con le proteine in polvere così nessuno ti può "sgamare"....
