Ho un problemino...di solito per lo spuntino di meta mattina faccio un panino con bresaola o fesa....solo che mi sto quasi nauseando....non mi calano piu....cosa posso usare per sostituire ?
si solito faccio paino da 70g + 60g di bresa o 100 di fesa
hai piu margini di scelta , tonno , pro in polvere , salmone , sgombro , crudo sgrassato / cotto , simmnethal , ecc ecc , logico ke se fai semrpe bresaula o tacchino poi ti nausei ! e melgio cambiare anche per nn abituare il fisico semrpe a lo stesso alimento !
