+2gg a 1800
in questo modo hai un surplus settimanale di 500kcal totali...non molte ma meglio partire bassi senza esagerare e vedere cm reagiamo......
e' uno schema poco incasinato e funzionale....
butta giu' un piano di 1200 kcal
e uno di 1800 che lo controllo sister....
