Allenamento da s.eghe. Oggi manco mi sarei dovuto allenare, dovevo farlo lunedì, ma mi sono alzato presto, ero carico e facevo comunque in tempo ad andare al lavoro dopo essermi allenato.
Ottimo davvero, sono migliorato ovunque (tranne le trazioni, uguali alla scorsa volta).
Aumento di 2 kg il seal row, 2 kg il facepull, 1 kg croci inverse, 2 kg curl bilanciere e 1 kg quelli a martello.
