    Weekend di lavoro pieno, senza allenamenti
    questa routine (inclinata al mp in particolare) mi mette tanto tanto sotto torchio le braccia (tricipiti in particolare)

        Ho preso un paio di scarpe tecniche da squat. Tacco alto, suola piatta e rigida. Ben strette. Adidas. Rosse.

        Mi trovo bene. Mi permettono piu rom, piu sicurezza nel conseguente non utilizzo della pedanina. Piu rom alla pressa implica meno ripetizioni. Bene
