nella mia palestra c'è un tizio che riesce a spingere tutto il carico della lat machine (sarà 120 kg , non ricordo) per 10 ripetizioni pulitissime , peserà 70-80 kg ... non so come cavolo faccia
Sono wo che filano bene. Mi ricordano quelli casalinghi. A casa ero piu concentrato, mi saliva piu pump, ma credo sia normale facendo ora meno ripetizioni e usando pesi maggiori
