Ciao ! Posso chiederti se noti differenze di carico tra la floor press con manubri e la panca piana/inclinata con manubri ?
Te lo chiedo per curiosità perchè io la panca con manubri normale non posso farla
Io attualmente faccio intorno ai 20 kg per 8/10 ripetizioni con la floor press , ma di piana e inclinata non penso proprio che alzerei di più
Ma poi scendendo di più dovrebbe essere più difficile ... e invece ...
